CINCINNATI (AP) -- Cincinnati police have arrested a 29-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting.
Police say they responded to a report of shots fired Wednesday afternoon in the city's South Fairmount neighborhood.
When officers arrived on the scene, they say they found 36-year-old Janice Dawson shot to death.
Police arrested Julian James and charged him with murder.
They continue to investigate.
