Breezy, showers and mild temperatures this weekend

The National Weather Service's Cleveland Office is forecasting showers and thunderstorms today with a high near 79.

Southwest winds of 9 to 11 mph and rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch are possible.

Tonight, showers are likely, mainly before 1 a.

m. with cloudy skies gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 63 degrees and a 70 percent chance of precipitation between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high near 76 degrees and west winds of 7 to 11 mph.

Saturday night is forecast to be partly cloudy, with a low around 57 degrees and a west wind 5 to 8 mph.

For Sunday, there is a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.

m., with mostly sunny skies and a high near 71 degrees.

West wind of 8 to 14 mph is predicted with a 30 percent chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8 p.

m. Sunday night, then a slight chance of showers with partly cloudy skies and a low around 55 degrees.

Chance of precipitation is 30percent.
