1 TAKE IN A CONCERT: The next Nordonia Hills Concert will be July 2 at Smith Park, 125 Houghton Road, in Northfield Village from 5 to 7 p.m. Everyone is invited to bring their lawn chairs, blankets and an appetite, as there will be a food vendor available. Music will be performed by Logan Wells and Billy Fischer.

2 POPS AND FIREWORKS

The Cleveland Pops Orchestra plays at Perici Ampitheatre, 10260 Ravenna Road, July 3. Enjoy a fireworks show afterwards, weather-permitting. General admission tickets cost $10 and Studio Wish Salon VIP tickets are $40 for this relaxing, patriotic weekend. VIP tickets include access to a private bar and patio, two free drinks, free appetizers and a chair to use during the show. Prices increase the day of the concert.

3 MAKE A DONATION: The Dolphin Restaurant in Northfield Village is a collection site for non-perishable good and toiletries for the Emergency Assistance Center and for new toys for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program through July 8. The restaurant is in Summit Plaza on Northfield Road. For more information, call the restaurant at 330-468-5050.

4 ATTEND A LECTURE: Photographer and author Ian Adams discusses his decades of work in the Buckeye State, presenting some of his images, and sharing thoughts on capturing the beauty of Ohio June 29 at 7 p.m. Features photos from his latest book and others from his collection. Registration is suggested. Refreshments will be served..
