Real estate professionals recognized
Realty Alliance, an association of the 67 largest real estate brokerage firms in the United States, has recognized 131 Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer Realtors® as being among the Top 5 percent nationally in 2007, based upon sales production. The following area sales associates were honored Feb. 19 at the company's annual awards meeting in Cleveland:

Zimmerman joins Macedonia office
Carol Zimmerman has affiliated as a REALTOR® with the Macedonia office of Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer. Licensed in real estate in the state of Ohio, Zimmerman now is taking advanced, accelerated training designed by the company to enhance her knowledge of real estate sales.
Zimmerman previously owned a home rehabilitation company.
