"Sonnets, Phonics & Pi," Lawrence School's annual benefit

"Sonnets, Phonics & Pi," Lawrence School's annual benefit auction, will take place at the upper school, 10036 Olde Eight Road in Sagamore Hills, May 3 at 6 p.m. Hundreds of auction items will be available for bidding.

Tickets are $125 per person, $75 of which is tax deductible.

A table for 10 is $1,250, $750 of which is tax deductible. The silent auction and cocktails will begin at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 8 p.m. and the live auction at 9 p.m.

Dinner will be catered by Sammy's and there will be a cash bar and complimentary valet. Dress in cocktail attire.

Event sponsors include: The Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital; Bass Energy Inc.; Larry and Karen Bettcher; Fifth Third Bank; David and Jane Griffiths; Arthur and Susan Karas; and Todd and Gwen McCuaig.

The benefit committee co-chairs are Elizabeth Dyer and Gwen McCuaig.
