Instructor: Debbie Pekar. Exercising during your pregnancy can be very beneficial and fun. This low-impact exercise class will focus on stretching, strength and endurance. Class meets twice a week. Mom and baby will both benefit from the soothing 84-degree water during a low-impact cardiovascular workout. Water combines buoyancy and natural resistance for a safe and effective exercise program. A note from your physician approving you to exercise is required to participate in this class. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
