Kristina E. Alder and Scott R. Crissman were married Nov. 10, 2007, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg. The Rev. Ray Schmitt officiated the ceremony, which took place in the foyer of the ballrooms at the hotel. The bride is the daughter of Barbara and James Alder, deceased, of Macedonia. The bridegroom is the son of Kim Schields of Streetsboro and Lisa and Scott M. Crissman of Marietta. The bride was escorted by her father and wore an ivory strapless satin gown by Jessica McClintock. She carried a bouquet of red roses hand-tied with ivory ribbon. The couple's 6-year-old son, Zakary, served as ringbearer. The bride's sister, Jennifer Morgan of Brunswick, served as maid of honor. Friend of the bridegroom, John Walendzik of Brooklyn Heights, was best man. The bride is a 2003 graduate of Nordonia High School and a 2004 graduate of Marymount School of Practical Nursing. She is employed as a nurse at Akron Children's Hospital. The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Nordonia High School and is employed as a drywall finisher at CAP Drywall. The couple lives in Cuyahoga Falls, where a June reception is planned. Comments
