Service cleans for those who have cancer

No Time Cleaning Services supports the Cleaning for a Reason Foundation, which cleans for patients undergoing treatment for cancer.

Fighting cancer is difficult enough, but living with it is even tougher, and that's where the Cleaning for a Reason Foundation steps in. This newly formed nonprofit organization offers free professional housecleaning services nationwide to improve the lives of women undergoing treatment for cancer.

For No Time Cleaning Services owner Rhonda Solomon, commitment to the foundation takes on a very special meaning as her grandmother was a victim of cancer.

Cleaning for a Reason offers four free cleanings, one per month for four months.

Those who have a friend or family member undergoing treatment for cancer are invited to log onto to www.cleaningforareason.org to fill out an application online. The only qualification is that the individual in need of service is undergoing treatment for cancer.

Part of the application process includes a report from a physician.

There are more than 200 cleaning companies throughout the country participating in the program.
