The seventh season of the Sanctuary Festival Series of the United Methodist Church of Macedonia, will begin Jan. 22 at 7:30 p.m. with the season's first guest artists, The River city Jazz Band.
The banjo will thump and the trombone will wail and their Dixieland music is guaranteed to banish the dreary winter blues with their jolly tunes and upbeat music.
Of course, "When the Saints go Marching In," and "Just a Closer Walk with Thee," will be a part of the show in the Fellowship Hall.
Those attending should enter the west door in the old part of the building.
In the event of extreme weather, the show will be postponed until the following Jan. 29. A good-will offering will be taken and refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome. For further information, call the church office at 330-467-3169.
