Yurko eliminated at wrestling districts
Nordonia senior Brian Yurko saw his high school wrestling career come to an end at the Division I district tournament at Ashland.
Wrestling at 189 pounds, Yurko was Nordonia's lone representative at Ashland. He lost his first match to Toledo St. Francis DeSales' Kyle Heitmeyer 6-5.
Yurko rebounded with a 6-4 win over Sandusky's Phil Henderson, but was eliminated when he was pinned by St. Edward's Chris Cvetic.
Play hoops
Open gym for lunch time basketball is scheduled to take place every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Pinnacle Sports, which is located at 9550 Ravenna Road in Twinsburg.

Globetrotters
coming to Cleveland
The Harlem Globetrotters recently announced they will bring their 2010 "Magical Memories" World Tour back to Cleveland on April 12.
The Globetrotters are scheduled to take the court April 12 at Quicken Loans Arena at 7 p.m.,
Tickets start at $17 and are available online at www.theQarena.com.
