Member of 50-Plus Club
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Aug. 18 at St. Barnabas Catholic Church for Northfield Village resident William Funk.
Mr. Funk, 81, died Aug. 13, 2010, at Northfield Village Retirement Community. He was a parisioner at St. Barnabas Catholic Church and was a member of the 50-Plus Club.
Mr. Funk was the son of William C. and Irene (Nehls) Funk, both deceased, and the brother of Elmer and Raymond Funk, both deceased.
Mr. Funk was the husband of Helen L. (Ream) Funk and the father of Bill (Toni) Funk of Northfield, Jim (Cindy) Funk of Macedonia, Charlie Funk of Northfield and Paul (Laura) Funk of Macedonia. He was the grandfather of Kristen, Denise, Colleen, Rachael, Paul Jr. and Ryan and the great-grandfather of Natalie, Tyler and Trever.
Interment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
Arrangements are being handled by Johnson-Romito Funeral Home.
