The St. Barnabas Parent-Teachers Union has scheduled a reverse raffle for Aug. 28. The event will begin at 6 p.m., with a dinner at 6:45 p.m. in the Parish Center.
The $50 ticket price includes a chance to win a $2,000 jackpot, a catered dinner by Angie's Rib Wagon, soft drinks, coffee and water.
The dinner will be a Hawaiian luau theme with roast pig and teriyaki chicken.
The winner need not be present to claim their prize.
There will be consolation prizes awarded for every 10th number drawn; every 25th number drawn will win a cash consolation prize.
There will also be sideboards, bingo cards and Chinese raffle baskets available during the evening.
