A new era in Nordonia Knights sports began Aug. 27, as the new William Boliantz Stadium was opened for the first home game of the season versus the Maple Heights Mustangs. A ribbon cutting by former Superintendent Boliantz, in addition to fireworks provided by the Nordonia Hills Athletic Boosters highlighted the festivities as a standing-room-only crowd packed the new bleachers. See this week's Sports section for more on the game, and commentary on the new stadium. Comments
