Services are planned for Sept. 1 at 10 a.m. at St. Barnabas Church, with the Rev. Michael Denk officiating, for Frances M. Rutherford. Ms. Rutherford, 51, of Akron, died Aug. 29, 2010, at Summa Health System Akron City Hospital.
Ms. Rutherford was the daughter of Raymond and Irene, nee Pawlowski, Hubbard; the mother of Christine (Brad) Walton and Brian Rutherford, both of Ravenna, and Jennifer Rutherford of Streetsboro; the grandmother of Leila Walton; the sister of Raymond (Edie) Hubbard of Streetsboro and Michael (Karen) Hubbard of Mentor; and the long-time companion of Larry Sutherland.
Interment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
Johnson-Romito Funeral Home handled arrangements.
