Lookouts seek players
The Lookouts are seeking player in several different age groups for their travel baseball teams. All players are asked to arrive 30 minutes before tryout time to register.
Tryouts for the teams will be as follows:
* 11-and-under: Tryouts will be Aug. 7 and 21 from 10 a.m. to noon at 27054 Route 58 in Wellington. Contact Jeff Myers at 330-815-0440 for information
* 12-and-under: Tryouts will be Aug. 8 and 15 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Bath Baseball Park, located at 2600 Everett Road in Bath. Contact Jim Gutierrez at 330-328-5001.
* 13-and-under: Tryouts will be July 31 from 4 to 6 p.m. and Aug. 1 and 15 from 2 to 4 p.m. at 245 Northeast Ave. in Tallmadge. Contact Kevin Pratt at 330-328-3576.
* 14-and-under: Tryouts will be Aug. 7 and 14 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Bath Baseball Park. They will also be Aug. 8 and 15 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Mayfield High School's junior varsity field at 6116 Wilson Mills Road in Mayfield Village. Contact Phil Solitario at 330-572-5523.
