It is easy to understand why
the city of Macedonia is always running out of money. Mayor Kuchta originally wanted to spend several hundred thousand dollars fixing up a county owned building for a senior center.
When neighboring communities balked at the high cost of renovation, Mayor Kuchta announced he would open the City Center basement community room at no cost to seniors.
Why wasn't this his initial proposal?
When the city has to make cuts due to overspending, I bet this room will be first to go.
