It was a rough week for the Nordonia High School boys tennis team. That's because the Knights dropped all five of the matches they played during the week. On April 17, Nordonia hosted Suburban League National Conference counterpart North Royalton.

Nordonia boys run away from conference foes

The Nordonia High School boys track and field team ran roughshod over a pair of Suburban League National Conference opponents last week, winning by margins of 47 and 40 points. The Knights canned Cuyahoga Falls by the score of 92-45 on the road April 18.

Nordonia junior Faith Banks and senior Daniel Banks are the Brandywine Vision Center Athletes of the Week for the week of April 3. The Banks siblings each were named MVP of their respective genders at the Bill Dodd Invitational April 1 at Byers Field in Parma.
